With experience in both fundraising project management and 'front line' support, 2M Fundraising is uniquely positioned to understand all aspects of a £million fundraising campaign.

Michael and Maurene have worked on multi-million pound capital fundraising projects. They have a proven approach to reaching ambitious fundraising targets, and provide all the support required for charities to get there.

2M Fundraising can give your organisation the significant and professional support you need to proceed with a capital fundraising campaign. The assistance they provide will include the following:

• Creating a Campaign Plan to reach an agreed target
• Establishing a Campaign Office
• Managing the Campaign Database
• Assistance in recruiting the fundraising team leaders and team members from the community who will play a major role in the asking phase of the fundraising campaign
• Training for the leadership, team members and all those involved in the asking process
• Involvement in the asking phase, giving one-to-one support where needed
• Drafting and submitting applications to trusts, charities and grant making bodies
• If required, we can help to create a scheme for ongoing fundraising after the capital target is reached (if there is need for additional revenue funds and/or a Legacy programme)

At 2M Fundraising Maurene and Michael also endeavour to structure their professional fees to enable charities who are very short of funds to move forward with a fundraising campaign.
