Our Services
2M Fundraising can provide churches, cathedrals, charities and other
not-for-profit organisations with significant support to achieve the
challenging fundraising targets.
The 2M Fundraising process
- We undertake an initial Pre-Campaign Study to clarify your goals
and the campaign target. As important, it will investigate the support
for these goals and the funds necessary to achieve them. A report
of the results will be presented to the clients governing body,
PCC or similar group.
- Using the results of the Study, we will present a Proposal which
will set out the resources needed for a capital fundraising campaign.
It will also include our advice on the timing and cost of our professional
support to achieve the target.
- We work on a part time basis so as to keep the cost of our services
and the overheads of a fundraising campaign down to a realistic amount.
We are also able to schedule our fees so that they are manageable
in the early stages of a campaign. There is a professional fee for
the Pre-Campaign Study. However, this will be re-imbursed if 2M Fundraising
is engaged to undertake the management of the campaign outlined in the Proposal.
2M Managing and Supporting your Campaign
If you decide to appoint 2M Fundraising to manage your capital Campaign
we will:
- Be involved personally in the campaign; we do not delegate work to
another manager or outside source.
- Work on a part time basis as this keep costs low. The initial Fundraising
Proposal presented by 2M Fundraising based on the results of the Pre-Campaign
Study will outline the number of days we would need to be on site
to facilitate the proposed campaign. These days will be arranged so
that 2M Fundraising and the Charity's leadership team can be as effective
as possible.
- Be contactable at all times by telephone or email when not on site
working directly on the project.
- Provide training for members of the fundraising team within the Campaign.
Note: the contract with 2M Fundraising can be terminated with 3 months
notice by either party.
